Air-Fried Chicken Tandoori
Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts (skinless and sliced into strips)
- 2 tablespoons tandoori spice
- juice from 1 lemon
- salt and black pepper to taste
- 4 tablespoons whole wheat flour
- 2 eggs (lightly beaten)
- 2 cups oats
Preparation
- pat the chicken dry with a clean paper towel.
- in a small bowl, mix together the tandoori spice, lemon juice, salt and pepper. rub into chicken and marinate for 30 minutes.
- coat the chicken in the flour, then eggs and cover with oats. refrigerate for 2 hours before cooking.
- air fry for 20 minutes at 160°c. serve hot.
